Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via our withdrawal form: https://thefreedesk.com/pages/eu-angerformular. When you use the form, we will send an acknowledgment by email without undue delay confirming that we have received your withdrawal request."

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

14-day withdrawal period in the EU
If goods are delivered in the EU, you have, notwithstanding the above, the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears in your account.
