Shipping policy

Free shipping to all countries we ship to: the entire EU, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. No minimum order value.

Delivery time Normally 2 business days in Sweden, and within 5 business days to other countries.

Customs and VAT For orders to Norway and Switzerland, we pay customs and VAT. You therefore pay nothing extra when the package arrives. Orders to the United Kingdom are duty-free.

Returns Return shipping is free of charge for you. You have 30 days of free returns, and within the EU also a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See our refund policy for how to do it.

Express At present, we do not offer separate express shipping.
