30 days free returns and free return shipping. Within the EU, you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email contact@thefreedesk.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Refunds are made to the same payment method within 10 business days.
Free shipping throughout the EU, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Normally 2 business days in Sweden and within 5 business days to other countries. For Norway and Switzerland, we pay customs duties and VAT, so you do not pay anything extra upon delivery.
